The diluent is used for the dilution of primary antibodies (Rabbit/Mouse and Monoclonal / Polyclonal) used for Immunohistochemistry applications on formalin- fixed paraffin-embedded tissues, acetone-fixed or frozen tissue sections. This universal standard diluent formulation ensures superior performance & stability and is protease and IgG free. Based on the antibody titer recommendations made for primary Antibody the diluent needs to be used.
