Description

Phosphatase and tensin homolog (PTEN), a negative regulator of the mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) pathway, is widely involved in the regulation of protein synthesis .This antibody reacts to human Phosphatidylinositol 3,4,5-trisphosphate 3-phosphatase and has dual specificity to protein phosphatase PTEN. PTEN expression with predisposition to nucleus more frequently observed in HPV-positive tonsillar cancers.
